The following are incidents the Southlake Police responded to between Aug. 24 and Aug. 30, 2009
District one- North of SH 114 between the east and west city limits
Aug. 24
Aug. 25
Traffic violation- a 44-year-old Dallas man was arrested in the 2000 block of N. Carroll Ave. for no driver’s license and FMFR
Aug. 27
Theft- an unknown person removed property from a construction site in the 800 Block of Blessed Way with authorization
Theft- an unauthorized person removed three air conditioning units from a vacant home in the 900 block of Silverton St.
Aug. 28
Traffic violations- a 23-year-old Dallas man was arrested for no driver’s license and no FMFR in the 300 block of E. SH 114
Theft- Store staff observed an unknown female shop lifting from Cherish in the 1400 block of E. Southlake Blvd
Aug. 29
Criminal mischief- an unknown person damaged two telephone poles in the 1300 block of N. White Chapel
District two – between SH 114 AND fm 1709 and between east and west city limits
Aug.25
Burglary- Unknown person entered a garage in the 900 block of Brazos Dr. and removed personal property without consent
Aug. 26
Assault- a reporting party stated she was assaulted by a known person
Assault- a reporting party stated that she was threaten by a known person
District three- South of FM 1709 to south city limits between the west city limits and Carroll/Brumlow
Aug. 29
Graffiti- an unknown person spray painted speed limit signs in the 1500 S. White Chapel Blvd.
Aug. 30
Theft- a reporting party stated that a Nintendo DSI was removed from his car without his permission in the 900 block of Davis Blvd.
District Four- South of FM 1709 to south city limits between Carroll Ave./ Brumlow and Kimball
Aug. 25
Assault- a reporting party stated she was assaulted by a known person I the 1400 block of Plaza Place
Aug. 26
Traffic Violation- a 22-year-old Dallas man was arrested for outstanding warrants and possession of marijuana under two ounces in the 300 block of N. Kimball Ave.
Traffic Violation- a 38-year-old North Richland Hills man was arrested for no driver’s license and FMFR in the 3000 block of W. Southlake Blvd.
Aug. 29
Burglary- a reporting part stated that an unknown person used force to enter his vehicle and remove property in the 300 block of Nolen Dr.
Theft- a reporting party stated that an unknown person was observed shop lifting from the Kroger in the 2100 block of E. Southlake Blvd.
